WoW Classic addons by version
Pick the Classic client before you pick the addon. Era and MoP do not share a folder.
Five doors
Blizzard's Classic page separates Anniversary (TBC), Hardcore, Era, progression (MoP) and Season of Discovery. Era, Hardcore and Season of Discovery share _classic_era_ and interface 11509. MoP uses _classic_ and 50504. TBC Anniversary uses _anniversary_ and 20506 on the ElvUI wiki, one source for that folder name.
An addon built for MoP will not load on Era just because both are called Classic. Read the toc. The install page is the shared procedure. The version pages below are the differences.
| Client | Folder | Interface |
|---|---|---|
| Era | _classic_era_ | 11509 |
| Hardcore | _classic_era_ | 11509 |
| TBC Anniversary | _anniversary_ | 20506 |
| MoP | _classic_ | 50504 |
| TBC label | see that page | 20506 on Anniversary |
Questions
Is Forever part of Classic?
No. Forever uses _forever_. It has its own hub.
