Install addons in WoW Forever
Use _forever_/Interface/AddOns. If you played the beta, copy Interface and WTF, then fix the account folder name.
Beta to live
The beta client stored addons under _classic_beta_. Live Forever uses _forever_. CurseForge's migration post says to copy Interface and WTF from the beta tree into _forever_, then rename the random beta account directory inside WTF/Account to your Battle.net account name. I have that from one post. I am not adding steps the post does not contain.
A 5 Nov 2026 forum thread describes 28 addons visible in CurseForge and none in game. The reply says the app installed them into the Forever Beta folder. That matches the flavor mistake. Scan the live _forever_ path, or copy the folders yourself.
Steam Deck uses the same _forever_ folder inside the Proton prefix. The Deck page has the longer path. On Windows the short form is enough.
- World of Warcraft/_forever_/Interface/AddOns
- Copy WTF as well if you want saved settings

Questions
Do I redownload every addon?
Not if the beta copies are the Forever builds. Copy the folders, then let the manager update them against the live flavor.
