Dialogue UI for WoW
Dialogue UI 1.0.7b replaces the quest-gossip window with a readable layout. The command is /dialogueui. The interface line on the build I am citing is 12.1.7, which is ahead of the live 12.1.5 client. I am keeping the author's number. I am not "correcting" it down to 120105.
Compatibility and installation
This is a presentation addon. The Midnight policy posts still allow that class of change. I am not listing it among the removed combat helpers. If a gossip window looks like the default frame, the addon is either disabled or sitting in the wrong flavor folder.
It does not track quests. Questie does that. Dialogue UI only changes how the conversation is drawn. Installing both is normal. Installing Dialogue UI and expecting map pins is the mix-up this page is here to stop.
Preserve the folder and TOC names supplied in the download. The project title alone does not establish the directory name, and this review leaves that field blank rather than guessing it.
Do not infer the installed folder name from the display title. This review has no separately sourced folder field for Dialogue UI, so preserve the archive structure and identify its actual TOC-bearing directory before moving it. A 12.1.7 target label is also distinct from a release claim about the live 12.1.5 client; preserve the author target rather than silently rewriting it.
