Leatrix Plus for WoW
Leatrix Plus 12.1.16 is the quality-of-life bundle from Leatrix. The slash command is /ltp. I am quoting the author's own support line: the build is offered for Midnight and for TBC Anniversary, not only for one classic branch.
Compatibility and installation
This is not a unit-frame replacement. It toggles the small frictions: automations, map and chat tweaks, volume of cinematics. People who want a full UI still install ElvUI beside it. The two do not claim the same job.
The display title is not sufficient to identify an installation directory. The folder field remains empty here because no separate folder value was recorded. Preserve the archive layout and locate its TOC-bearing directory rather than guessing a folder name from the title.
Leatrix Maps is a separate download. A map-only setting belongs to that project rather than being inferred from the Plus release number. Choose the quality-of-life functions you need before changing an existing interface suite.
Leatrix Maps is a distinct project, so its release number should not be substituted for the Plus release shown here. Choose the client branch on the author page before comparing versions: a newer number on another branch can belong to another game flavor. When an option overlaps a larger interface suite, assign that task to one addon and keep the other setting unchanged.

Questions
Where do I put Leatrix Plus?
Unzip so the folder Leatrix Plus sits in that client's Interface/AddOns directory. The folder table lists the client path.
Does Leatrix Plus have a Midnight build?
