Titan Panel for WoW
Titan Panel 9.3.5 is the information bar along the top or bottom of the screen. The command is /titan. It is a broker display: other plugins feed it gold, durability, coordinates. The panel alone is an empty bar.
Compatibility and installation
A CurseForge tip, one source, says Forever will not list the addon until the toc also contains interface 16001. I am marking that as a single user tip, not as a step the author documented. On retail the published toc already matches 12.x, so that edit is not the retail fix.
Midnight still allows this kind of presentation addon. I am not moving Titan onto the removed list. If a broker plugin itself tries to compute combat values, that plugin is the one the policy page constrains, not the bar that displays a label.
Modules can ship as extra folders with their own toc files; preserve the names inside the package rather than inferring a directory from the display title. If the bar appears but a module does not, the module folder is the one to check, not the bar.
A plugin name in a Titan configuration is not the release tag of the panel itself. Compare the plugin TOC and the core package independently when only one data label disappears. The single-source Forever tip is a workaround claim, not a publisher compatibility declaration: changing a TOC can alter eligibility while leaving any API incompatibility in that plugin unresolved.

Questions
Where do I put Titan Panel?
Unzip so the folder Titan Panel sits in that client's Interface/AddOns directory. The folder table lists the client path.
Does Titan Panel have a Midnight build?
