TomTom for WoW
TomTom 4.4.0 is the coordinate arrow. The command people actually use is /way, followed by a zone and a pair of numbers. Questie can hand it waypoints. Without TomTom, Questie still marks the map and simply has no arrow.
Compatibility and installation
The toc line I am quoting matches retail 12.1.5. Forever use shows up when another addon lists TomTom as an optional dependency. I am not inventing a separate Forever version tag beyond what the project published as 4.4.0.
Paste coordinates from a guide only if you trust the guide. A wrong /way just points at a field. It does not change quest state. Clearing a waypoint is a TomTom command, not a Questie command.
OpenMap, on Forever, is a node map and not a replacement for this arrow. If you use both, the arrow is still TomTom. I keep that distinction because the map-addon searches tend to collapse every navigation tool into one name.
A coordinate pair needs the zone or map context supplied by the guide. Numbers copied from a different client map are not proof that the arrow calculation is wrong. Keep that context together with the waypoint, and compare it with the source guide before replacing the navigation addon. TomTom points to a location; it does not certify that a quest or object exists there.

Questions
Where do I put TomTom?
Unzip so the folder TomTom sits in that client's Interface/AddOns directory. The folder table lists the client path.
Does TomTom have a Midnight build?
Works on 12.1.5
