Best WoW healer addons

Healer addons are raid frames. On Midnight they still layout units. They do not compute a secret combat value.

Frames

Cell and VuhDo appear in the Midnight "still use" roundups. Danders Frames is the frame package with its own page. ElvUI includes unit frames if you already run the suite. Running a second frame addon on top of ElvUI duplicates the party frames.

Classic and WotLK-era healer lists are a different client. A 3.3.5a frame addon belongs on the Warmane page, not in _retail_. I am not merging those lists.

Questions

Is a healing rotation helper allowed?

A helper that reads secret combat state is what Midnight closed. A frame that shows the unit the UI already shows is the kind of addon the posts still describe.
