Best WoW UI addons

ElvUI replaces the whole interface. Bars and bags can be separate addons if you want to keep the default frames.

A small set

ElvUI is the suite, on Forever and on Midnight with a reduced feature set. Danders Frames is the Midnight frame package people added when ElvUI shrank. Dominos owns bars if ElvUI is not drawing them. Bagnon needs BagBrother. Baganator needs Syndicator. Pick one bag addon.

Bartender stays a table row. I do not have a Forever toc line for it that I am willing to quote. FlareUI is named by CurseForge for Forever and has no version on this page.

Questions

What is the lightweight option?

Dominos plus a bag addon, and leave the rest of the default UI. ElvUI is the opposite choice: everything at once.
